Fallen Heroes Fund:
Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund
contributes incredible resources to veterans who have
been seriously burned. In January 2007, the Fund
completed construction of an entirely private funded
$40 million physical rehabilitation center at Brooke
Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. This
facility houses state-of-the-art technology to provide
military burn survivors and amputees with the most
effective rehabilitation resources through the use of
advanced prosthetics, computerized and video
monitoring, biomechanical studies and advanced
physical training therapy methods. The Center also
provides housing and other support for the families
of wounded soldiers.
